Some examples of roles you might own:
Podcast Project Management: Are you able to keep an engine running while looking for ways to improve it?
- Schedule host and guest calendars, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Maintain production timeline to ensure timely delivery of weekly podcast episodes.
- Ensure consistent quality and delivery of podcast content.
Customer Success: Can you interact with angry people?
- Working with customers of our newly launching community to ensure we’re driving the right results
- Implementing process and product improvements
Special Strategic Project Execution: We have a ton of fun projects to work on together. This role requires that you can think strategically about how you’d find a solution to a particular problem, then how you’d implement it.
- Employ creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Develop strategic execution plans for special projects.
- Independently execute the developed plan and get it ~80% of the way there.
Team Communication and Organization: The basic stuff, yes.
- Communicate effectively with executives and team members.
- Provide key updates to ongoing projects.
Ideal qualifications:
- 3+ years of similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proactive, dynamic and creative problem solver
- Creative eye for high quality content
- Must be able to ride a horse not really but seeing if you read this far
- Organized project manager with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
