About The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be reporting into the General Manager of Drapr for Gap Inc. and leading the day-to-day operations of the Drapr Virtual Try On product. You will work closely with Gap stakeholders, the Drapr 3D content creation team and the Drapr engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of new content for the Drapr product. You will also be responsible for helping enhance the operational procedures and systems surrounding the creation of content for the Drapr Virtual Try On product.


What You'll Do

  • Interface with the product teams and software systems at Gap, Old Navy, Athleta and Banana Republic to get access to necessary product, garment and tech pack data
  • Project manage the timely creation of all content necessary for the proper functioning of the Drapr product, working with both on-shore and off-shore artist teams
  • Help maintain both aesthetic quality and technical performance standards (topology structure, UV structure)
  • Analyze and improve procedures and systems surrounding the creation of new content for greater efficiency and reliability
  • Manage preparation, testing, and timely launch of new and updated existing 3D content to Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, and Banana Republic websites and mobile apps
  • Facilitate hiring flow and onboarding/training of new off-shore 3D artist managers


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing the creation of digital content creation through software pipelines
  • Experience with creating and manipulating structured data (JSON, CSV) using both graphical and command-line tools (Python, node.js)
  • Experience writing documentation/creating recordings for workflow management and training
  • Strong problem-solving and diplomatic skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around common goals
  • Excellent communication skills, favoring written communication over oral
  • Exhibit versatility, responsiveness, and initiative
