Operations Integration Manager

Phoenix, AZ

The Operations Integration Manager will serve in a solutions-oriented role in a cross-functional capacity in the coordination, planning, management, integration of various operational functions within Evaluation Systems in support of our client deliverables.


As an Integration Manager within the Evaluation Systems team, you will collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, streamline processes, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution of our operational services, projects to meet strategic objectives.


We are looking for someone with passion for identifying opportunities, focused on customer experience to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and management of operational initiatives, integration of operational processes and services across different functional departments including but not limited to customer service, content development, content production, scoring, score reporting and technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify implementation requirements to achieve operation efficiencies and on-time delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of integration and implementation efforts, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Serve as liaison between various departments within the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration during development and implementation activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of integration and implementation of services, highlighting challenges, achievements, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously provide input to project management activities throughout the project lifecycle, influencing scope, charter, risk plan, project plan, issues, and status


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience. Course work in education technology management is helpful but not required.
  • Generally, requires at least 10+ years relevant experience and proven ability or appropriate training to supervise or manage others.
  • Six-Sigma and PMP certification is desired.
  • Demonstrated service and project management experience dealing with cross functional business units.
  • Problem-solving skills which include a systematic approach from problem analysis and research to evaluation of alternative solutions
  • Must have excellent communications skills.
  • Must be able to handle work on many projects at once, prioritize and schedule own work, and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
