Operations Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Operations Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and generating reports to support business operations, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business operations
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business needs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new data-driven initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or mathematics
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or related field
  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns
  • Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in operations or supply chain management is a plus
