Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator, Brand Office

Support the Director of Operations and Brand Office team in their efforts to withstand the highest level of quality, integrity and output of all Theory branded collateral on a global level. Thrive in a dynamic and quick paced environment working on varying timetables, budgets and connecting creative workflow to cross functional teams. Help align projects to company vision and goals always placing consumer at the center of work we produce.

 

Objectives:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all projects or requests coming into the Marketing Department (Creative Services, Media Services, and Corporate Communications)
  • Enforce standard processes, best practices and guidelines for traffic workflow
  • Liaison with key stakeholders to meet objectives for all project launches in alignment with the global marketing calendar

 

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Consistently monitor schedules and deliverables to ensure jobs are on track
  • Route jobs for markups/approvals and seeing jobs through from concept to completion
  • Must be able to balance multiple competing priorities and drive for excellence
  • Follow-up on all aspects of projects in the works, particularly production details
  • Manage all necessary project management tools and online proofing system
  • Provide assistance in information gathering for the teams within the Marketing Department as necessary to complete assignments on time
  • Be the primary point of contact for all translations requests with external vendor
  • Ability to identify issues/opportunities and escalate those issues up to proactively ensure on-time deliverables
  • Review copy and design for accuracy and adherence to brand standards


Qualifications:

  • Someone who is self-governing, proactive and motivated
  • Strong interpersonal, client, and team relational skills with the ability to collaborate with many partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize workflow is essential
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills – including ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, with daily tracking and regular follow up
  • Proactive worker with very strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work on a daily basis
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Has interest in print and design production
