Operations Coordinator

Delta, BC

We are looking for an accountable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and ensure our Operations leaders are supported.

The role will be reporting into our Director of Operations and will be based in Delta, BC. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a high growth and fast paced company.

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Operations and Operations Managers in their daily work, enabling them to focus on the successful implementation of our Cannabis 365 ERP system. 


  • Director and Manager Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Operations and Operations Managers to ensure their daily tasks and responsibilities run smoothly.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Director and Managers, ensuring efficient use of their time.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between the Director, Managers, and other departments, ensuring information flows effectively.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents, reports, and presentations as required by the Director and Managers.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for the Director and Managers when necessary.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Data Management: Assist in managing and organizing data, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible.
  • Meeting Support: Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
