0RESPONSIBILITIES

Run reports necessary for the warehouse (Special instructions, Special Order Items, Handstack Report).
Knowledge of basic payroll and invoicing.
Keep track of time and attendance for all warehouse and transportation associates.
Must be able to analyze multiple sources of data for errors and discrepancies.
The ability to organize, consolidate, compare, or combine data for daily reports.
Maintain and track all handheld devices used by warehouse associates.
Fill out the checker audit spreadsheet to track work for the night shift.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of administrative and data entry experience.

Professional Skills

Computer skills with a working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Pivot Table experience preferred.
