Operations Analyst

Plano, TX

As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist with managing the loan administration process, assessing operational risks, and coordinating tactical execution and day-to-day operations for managing loans and mortgage-backed security (MBS) pool transactions, as well as monitor customer (lenders, services, and internal partners) performance.

The Operations - Loan Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations for managing loans and MBS pool transactions.
  • Adhere to firm guidelines and controls to mitigate operational and financial risk.
  • Participate in loan management activities that support business unit goals.
  • Prepare resources to support loan management workflow.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute critical aspects of LIHTC funds including capital calls, fund adjustments, etc.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations for managing/disclosing loans and MBS pool transactions.
  • Adhere to firm guidelines and controls to mitigate operational and financial risk.
  • Participate in loan management activities that support business unit goals.
  • Prepare resources (procedures, job aids, etc.) to support loan management workflows.


Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of related experience
  • Analytical Background
  • Operational background
  • Microsoft Suite Applications
  • Microsoft Power Platform (nice to have)
  • SharePoint
  • Data Analysis

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement knowledge
