Office Manager

ThirdLove is seeking an Office Manager! We are looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented individual to run our office, with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to multitask, and possess a positive attitude with a problem-solving approach to challenges. You will be highly organized, a helpful resource for employees, candidates, and guests alike, and the ultimate team player.
THE JOB
- Act as the first point of contact for all ThirdLove team members needing office-related assistance with building access, office supplies, IT, etc
- Manage inventory for everything office related, from tech equipment, to snacks, swag, and stationery, while managing the office budget.
- Maintain relationships with ThirdLove's vendors, e.g., janitors, building management, etc.
- Assist with IT and AV-related issues, and act as an Administrator for all office systems
- Support the People team with employee onboarding and organizing team events
- Support the Recruiting team by hosting candidates for onsite interviews
- Coordinate meals for meetings and executive team, as needed
- Handle shipping and mailing for the office and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ensure office looks clean and presentable at all times
- Positive, can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-6 years of experience as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant working in a busy office setting, ideally at a startup or small to a mid-sized company
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills, e.g., interest in creating processes to make the office run smoother
- Excellent math skills
- Interest in and ability to learn new systems and computer software quickly
- You have a sense of humor and aren't afraid to let your personality shine

THE REQUIREMENTS
- This role is located in the San Francisco office 5 days a week.
