Responsible for assisting the Manager of Office Operations to keep a busy, fast-paced corporate office running smoothly. The role will be expected to perform various facilities and operational tasks as well as administrative duties. The hours for this position will be 8:30am – 5:30pm EST.
Core Responsibilities
- Stock office supplies, break room supplies, and fridge on a daily basis
- Order supplies as needed to maintain stock
- Process building maintenance requests
- Handle conference room transitions which includes moving tables & chairs around
- Check conference rooms after meetings and tidy up when necessary
- Process invoices for payment
- Deliver packages
- Maintain and update vendor accounting files
- Update office email distribution lists as required
- Update and maintain office phone list as required
- Assists with administrative and special events/projects, as needed
- Clerical duties to include filing, copying and faxing as necessary
- Serves as back up for receptionist and office manager
- Serves as back up POC for all vendor relations
- Conducts office management research as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in an office coordinator role
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Well versed in Microsoft Outlook and calendar
- Experience with procurement processes and expense systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work harmoniously with other employees at various organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- Self-motivated and personable with the ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision

Primary Location Pay Range: $19.85 - $29.77
