As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles the world expects from us. Within our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. That means we’re continually seeking diligent, determined performers who think outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our vehicles

 

What you’ll be able to do:

  • Process Clinical Records, Medical Leaves of Absence and Short-Term Medical Absences (return to work from short term absence)
  • Open, extend and close medical leaves
  • Conduct Medical Examinations
  • Conduct Fitness-for-Duty
  • Handle RTW from medical leave absence and process reinstatements
  • Conduct Medical Surveillance
  • Schedule appointments for examinations
  • Complete examinations and preliminary exam elements
  • Manage Physical Examinations, Audiometric Testing, Pulmonary Function Testing and Respirator Fit Testing
  • Work all shifts and rotate to off shifts as necessary for coverage


The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 2+ years of experience in areas as urgent care, critical care, emergency room, adult medical/surgical nursing
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current unrestricted license in the State of Michigan


Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Occupational health experience
  • Case management experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Knowledge of and experience with Pulmonary Function Testing and Audiometric Testing
  • One or more years of experience with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
