Network Sales Executive

This position is critical to the growth of our company as you will be driving top revenue and growth by adding to our iSolved Network of Certified Partners. The iSolved Network is the fastest growing business within iSolved with over 100 Certified Network Partners across the United States and nearly 2 million end users. Network partners represent our company's most strategic set of accounts and are significant drivers of growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

Reporting to the Vice President of Network Sales, you'll thrive as an independent go-getter, leveraging your strategic and consultative sales ability, coupled with all the resources necessary for ultimate success. In this outside sales-based role you'll sell to regional HCM service bureau and PEO organizations on the value of our iSolved HCM technology and the value of belonging to the iSolved Network of Certified Partners.

  • You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue objectives by driving new sales within a specified target account base.
  • You will run all phases of our defined consultative-strategic sales cycle from business development through sales closure.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to mature targets accounts to sales opportunities.
  • You will work closely with your sales team and leaders developing and reviewing strategic account strategy to close and win sales opportunities.
  • You will work closely with the entire iSolved Network team to continually provide outstanding value and support to the Network Partners.


The iSolved Network has the proven products and services that potential Network Partners need to grow and expand their regional business.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • HCM / PEO experience preferred
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven success
  • BA/BS required
  • Tech and SaaS savviness
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of MS Office application suite
  • A creative and independent thinker
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
