NA Retail Brand Experience Manager

The Brand Experience department is a core function of the Brand Marketing organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. Comprised of the core functions of Digital Brand Experience, Retail Brand Experience, Store Design and Event Experience, this team is redefining digital and physical brand experiences by providing strategic design for the online-to-offline journeys that serve our guests and drive sales. The Retail Brand Experience Team is specifically responsible for developing the physical brand and product experience through two core functions: Visual Merchandising & Styling and In-Store Marketing.


A Day in The Life: What You’ll do

  • Scale the Global in-store marketing (ISM) strategy and direction for all major 365 + seasonal product/brand priorities and strategic imperatives across the North America store portfolio
  • Develop, scale and deliver the ISM 365 + seasonal brand storytelling journey
  • Create and deliver directives and toolkits to enable store execution and ensure consistency across the market
  • Assist in the direction and execution for high profile doors across NA
  • Partner closely with visual merchandising, brand creative, brand marketing, merchandising, store innovations, and other key stakeholders to manage 365 + seasonal calendar 
  • Manage external vendor relationships, workback schedules, production, delivery, install and removal.


Qualifications

  •  5+ years experience in retail brand marketing or visual merchandising
  • Undergraduate Degree in Brand Marketing, Communication, or Merchandising preferred
  • Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred
  • Experience working with vendors and managing budgets + deadlines 
  • Strong understanding of select applications e.g. Adobe Suite, Microsoft, Smartsheet.

  • Bachelors degree in related field. 
  • Several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business.

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - 135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
