Merchandise Coordinator

We’re seeking a full-time Merchandise Coordinator for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The Merchandise Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of building, launching, and maintaining a successful sub-brand at SHEIN.


This entry-level, hourly position provides an exciting opportunity to learn from the ground up in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will assist the team in maintaining organization, managing samples, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth product-related operations. 


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with inbound and outbound teams to address and resolve product-related issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards for the showroom, sample room, and fabric room
  • Track the progression of samples and keep the team updated
  • Assist in gathering line sheets for studio photoshoots
  • Review photoshoot images and provide feedback to the studio as needed
  • Write creative and accurate product titles for the merchandising team
  • Manage post-photography processes, including styling directives, image review, and selection


Requirements

  • 1+ year of retail experience or equivalent corporate fashion experience 
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
  • Knowledge of retail math
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic, suitable for an entrepreneurial environment


Pay: $20.24/hour min. - $27.25/hour max.
