Media Analytics Analyst

Vevo is looking for an innovative, organized and detailed-oriented professional to join our Media Analytics team. This is a full-time role based in our NYC headquarters. The ideal candidate can clearly communicate when working with others, is an efficient multi-tasker, and holds his/her work to the highest standards. 

 

Although we are currently remote during COVID-19, we will eventually be returning to the office and need applicants to be currently located near the office they will be based out of.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Vevo’s Sales team by pulling and using data to summarize campaign performance that emphasizes the value of Vevo and encourages future partnerships
  • The ability to work with various data to create insights that reflect strong business judgement
  • Partner closely with Sales, Data Science, and Marketing & Media Distribution, to execute strategic initiatives, such as collecting measurement details and forging new measurement partnerships
  • Monitor and uncover trends focusing on Connected TV (CTV) and Vevo’s new distribution endpoints
  • Author and distribute a weekly roundup for sales leadership on developments in the industry as a whole and in media research


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of media experience at a fast-paced web publisher, media agency or TV Network
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and GoogleSuite Products
  • Ability to read and interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Familiarity with syndicated media research and analytics tools such as Comscore, Nielsen, Kantar, among others, is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
