Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

SUMMARY:

Responsible for executing effective marketing events and programs, in line with marketing campaigns
Organize and execute vendor agreements
Serve as hub of HCP Sales and Marketing data, coordinating with cross-functional groups

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for vendor management including vendor onboarding, vendor agreements, generation of purchase orders, and budget tracking
Act as cross-functional liaison to manage Sales and Marketing team data including management of HCP roster, ensuring data and inputs are current
Support creation of marketing materials in accordance to brand guidelines including development and approvals
Work closely with the team marketing on program or campaign development, implementation, execution, and metrics
Ensure compliance in performing the overall activities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

REQUIRED

Bachelors Degree
At least 1 year experience in the healthcare field or in a related area
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Ability to interact and communicate in a professional manner with external customers and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and database management
Fluent in a different language is desired, but not necessary
Familiar with a variety of marketing activities, practices, and regulations preferred
Familiar with the healthcare industry and regulations preferred
