Marketing Project Manager

Remote

About Good Joo Joo:

We’re a lean, mean team of digital marketers who work with clients on paid media buying, marketing automation, growth engineering, and conversion rate optimization. We focus on creating the appropriate ecosystem where clients can be certain their marketing efforts are highly profitable.

We also value freedom and responsibility like no other. We have always been and always will be 100% remote. We also meet up several times a year to jam together and have some fun (the next team retreat is in Mexico!).

We want people (you and our clients) to do well and do good.

Who You Are:

You are an entrepreneur in training. You’re incessantly curious and probably a little anal. You cringe when you misspell someone’s name. If you’re presented with something you know nothing about, you dive in fearlessly to learn more. You are thoughtful, empathetic, and impeccable with your word.

A Day in the Life:

It’s Monday morning. You wake up to a handful of emails that you efficiently read and prioritize based on need. You review our project management tool, Asana, for items on your to do list and check your team’s capacity for the week. Based on the pending tasks, you expertly move around & orchestrate the addition of tasks for a new client this week. You review the new client’s Scope of Work to confirm that all their needs will be met as we get kicked off. Then, you huddle with the team and make sure they have what they need to be successful. You assign yourself tasks to add more context to tasks where needed. This includes looking up a Hubspot integration’s capabilities, contacting Meta’s concierge support for a media buying project, and recording a Loom of how you want list segmentation to be done for a workflow. Lastly, you join the new client kick off call where you take notes, keeping track of deliverables, what we need from the client, and any blockers. You check in with the VP of Marketing afterwards to align on how they foresee the project moving forward. You follow up after the meeting with a concise recap of the discussion.
