Marketing Operations Manager


As Storable continues our growth trajectory both organically and through acquisition, so too is our Marketing team growing. With our growth has come increased complexity in the way we measure the success of our marketing initiatives and how we inform future investments in our business. Therefore, we are searching for a Marketing Operation Manager with strong analytic skills and experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment. 

An ideal candidate will be able to apply their strong excel, tableau, salesforce, etc. skills and analytical thinking to our current procedures and processes, but more importantly, this person will shape how we think about measurement and reporting across the marketing function. The most successful candidate will be detail oriented while also having a bias for action and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. The candidate will also need to be a strong and confident communicator, showcasing an ability to inform and influence c-suite and board members’ decision making. Finally, this position will go to someone that can leave ego at the door and enjoy being a team player.

Core Duties

  • Own core functionality and management of our marketing operations platform, Hubspot
  • Provide actionable business insights and generate meaningful dashboards for ongoing analysis.
  • Coordinate with email marketing, events, and other parts of the organization to ensure database hygiene is maintained and needs are being met.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to maintain a rolling 12-month forecast. Benchmark success against forecast to constantly have a pulse on the environment
  • Enable sales team to accelerate pipeline by leveraging and evangelizing Hubspot SalesHub sequences and workflows.
  • Seek out and implement efficiencies across the foundation of our B2B Demand Gen org
  • Partner with BizOps and Business Intelligence teams to continually uncover new insights within our data.
  • Monitor industry insights and trends to anticipate changes that might affect our business.

You Are

  • Expertise in using salesforce, tableau, hubspot, and other reporting tools.
  • Innately curious and are constantly pushing for deeper insights.
  • Action-oriented with a bias towards delivering results.
  • Forward thinking and ready to make an impact.
  • Able to interpret data and provide valuable insights to stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Extremely comfortable manipulating large datasets in Excel.
  • Experienced in presenting findings to senior and executive leaders.
  • Ready to think beyond the bar chart: what does the data mean for our business, and how should we prepare for the future?
