We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to take our marketing initiatives to the next level. This is a strategic position that will serve as a collaborative thought-partner on the strategy, planning, and execution of Roadster marketing campaigns, to ensure we are as efficient as possible. The Marketing Ops Manager will have a healthy balance of operations, technical and analytical experience in order to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that enable the Marketing team to drive growth and success. 


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of marketing performance and efficiency
  • Optimize lead flow by overseeing the marketing funnel process including: Lead Scoring, Routing, Qualification, Lead > MQL > > SQL > Opportunity > Sale
  • Design and implement robust campaign management and tracking processes
  • Develop a data-driven lead scoring model to help prioritize leads that have the highest purchase intent
  • Manage the marketing automation platform in collaboration with the Demand Gen Manager and Sales Ops team to build and maintain the system alongside our Salesforce instance
  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and campaign activity and results
  • Collaborate with Marketing and GTM stakeholders to assess, evaluate and make campaign/channel recommendations to meet department goals.
  • Outline action plans to address and accelerate opportunity generation for our sales team based on campaign performance.
  • Build a test and learn culture within Marketing, surface best practices, and encourage experimentation.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience, ideally within a SaaS company
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Experience with CRM Systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (i.e. Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)
  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus (i.e. Mode, Looker, Tableau, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen
  • Passion for solving complex problems
  • Strong work ethic with a “get stuff done” mentality
  • Problem solver, strong attention to detail, extremely organized
  • Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible, agile, and adaptable; used to wearing multiple-hats
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experienced working in a fast pace environment
  • Automotive experience a plus
