Marketing Operations Manager

San Mateo, CA
  • Oversee all operational aspects of flagship events, including landing pages, registration flows, emails, campaigns and onsite hardware
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and seamless execution, exceptional event experiences, and effective project management. 
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within Marketo, Salesforce, Rainfocus/Bizzabo, and Snowhouse to ensure accurate and reliable information for campaign execution and analysis.
  • Ensure event catalogs, agendas, speakers, product SKUs, and discount codes are up to date and being tracked correctly across all systems.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and event platform management, incorporating new insights into campaign strategies and execution.
  • Improve workflows, tool features and optimize data collection, establish governance policies and drive standardization
  • Identify, document, and implement new solutions and processes to improve the operational efficiency of events, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall effectiveness.


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of wide range of event technologies, registration systems, mobile apps, gamification, and event analytics
  • Experience with the following systems: Marketo, Sales Cloud, Wordpress, AEM, Bizzabo, Cvent, RainFocus 
  • Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; a customer-first attitude toward your internal stakeholders is key
  • Detail oriented, organized and have an eye for detail particularly in the context of building complicated business systems and seeing longer term implications of certain decisions. 
  • Experience with Wrike is a plus.
