Adobe is looking for an Analyst to join our Marketing Operations and Analytics team, supporting our Americas Business Development Rep (BDR) organization. The Marketing Operations Analyst works directly with BDR leadership and their teams, providing accurate staffing and alignment, timely analytics and business insights to drive successful performance against established business metrics.
We are trusted business advisors that serve as critical members of our field organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a background in data & analytics, building complex Excel models and leveraging BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change and performance to company targets.
What you'll Do
- Maintain meticulous record of staffing and alignment for the BDR organization
- Work as a key member of the field leadership team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly activities analysis, pipeline analysis, and sales results
- Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
- Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the BDRs
- Work closely with other Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Regions to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardization across the field and BDR organizations
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; MBA preferred, but not required
- 1-3 years related work experience in Marketing Ops, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or related functions, ideally in the software industry
- Strong strategy, planning, organizational skills
- Able to drive multiple priorities and objectives concurrently and asynchronously
- Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights & actions
- A problem-solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
- Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel & PowerPoint, PowerBI is a plus
- Working knowledge of SFDC, Dynamics, and Outreach
- Intellectual curiosity, hands-on mentality, and phenomenal attention to detail
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,600 -- $133,800 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
