Marketing Manager (Retail)

Tinuiti is looking for a tactical, action-oriented Specialist, Paid Search who is ready to rally behind a team that’s devoted to transforming client results through paid search marketing. As a Specialist, you will execute and support paid search campaigns that help define client strategy – telling stories with data that are as clear as they are clever. You’re inclusive, confident, and you foster collaboration and creativity within your team. Working quickly and on the fly, you’ll partner with the Senior Account Manager to hone client strategy and develop best practices for delivering clear and consistent reporting to clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute and support paid search campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, optimization, and trend tools.
  • Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management. 
  • Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits
  • Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things, tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participation in weekly and monthly client calls as needed.
  • Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client’s success.
  • Plan, design, and operate paid search campaigns: Campaign Launches, Campaign Management, Budget Management, Bid Management & A/B Testing
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews & End of Year analysis
  • Campaign budget maintenance & monitoring to ensure proper pacing.
  • Effectively communicates insights and learnings based on campaign performance to their clients.

Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years of work experience
  • Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k+
  • Experience in working within Amazon Advertising (AMS)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; preferred strength in data analysis for business
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Flexible and can deal working in an autonomous environment

FLSA Classification: Exempt

 

Working Conditions: Working indoors, sitting at a computer for extended periods of time, lifting no more than 10 pounds.
