Marketing Manager

Remote (United States)

At HubSpot, our customers are at the core of everything we do. The feedback they provide is critical in shaping our products and services - and helping other companies evaluate if HubSpot is right to help grow their business. As our products and offerings continue to evolve, we have a tremendous opportunity to connect with our customers and amplify their voices with more breadth, depth, and empathy than ever before.

With that in mind, HubSpot is looking for a dynamic marketer to lead, scale and innovate our customer review program. This role sits on our Customer Proof Team, which manages a broad range of critical programs that attract, engage and delight HubSpot’s prospects and customers.

Your work will involve implementing diverse engagement strategies, managing review platforms, and ensuring that awards and insights from reviews are integrated across the business. As part of this role, you’ll collaborate with various teams, including product marketing, sales, customer success, and international teams to maximize the impact of our review initiatives.

We are looking for someone with strong strategic and analytical skills, a knack for working with cross-functional teams, a desire to innovate on traditional review tactics, and — most importantly — a passion for customer feedback!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to concentrate on::

  • Reputation Management: Continuously monitor and engage proactively on key review platforms to manage and enhance HubSpot’s online reputation.
  • Review Solicitation: Develop and execute diverse engagement strategies and event-based review collection to maximize the volume and quality of reviews.
  • Platform Engagement: Focus strategically on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and TrustRadius, running regular campaigns to maintain review recency and volume.
  • Data Integration and Utilization: Share awards and review insights across product, marketing, sales and cs teams to drive improvements and highlight successes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and maximize the impact of review initiatives.
  • Recognition and Incentives: Acknowledge and reward customers who provide reviews and incentivize internal teams to support review collection efforts.

We are looking for people who:

  • Showcase strategic thinking: Develop innovative approaches to enhance customer review programs.
  • Excel in reputation management: Proven experience in monitoring and managing online reputations on key review platforms.
  • Have strong analytical skills: Ability to track key metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Possess strong communication skills: Comfortable presenting to executives and internal/external audiences with excellent writing skills.
  • Are skilled collaborators: History of collaborating closely with product, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of their work: High personal accountability and the ability to work independently to drive projects and initiatives.
  • Have great project management skills: Strong communication around project timelines, responsible individuals, and status updates.
  • Possess a growth mindset: Actively seek out opportunities to learn and improve, and aren’t afraid to give and receive feedback.
  • Have experience in the software, cybersecurity, or B2B technology industries.
  • Are using AI today and / or are passionate about incorporating AI into their work.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, with a focus on managing customer review programs or similar roles.
  • Required: Candidates must have proven, hands-on experience in building, scaling and optimizing customer review strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and review platforms like G2, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, Gartner.
