Marketing Manager

Vibee is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. As part of the Marketing team, this role will be primarily responsible for partnering with the marketing department and rest of the Vibee team to help lead and execute marketing strategy for our offerings of destination experiences and integration events. This role is accountable for multiple integrated campaigns across the portfolio of events produced by Vibee. The Marketing Manager creates the marketing plan, manages the execution, monitors effectiveness, and optimizes campaigns to deliver results. This is not a remote position. 


  • Partner with Marketing department and rest of Vibee team to help define marketing strategy for our offerings of destination experiences and integration events
  • Conceptualize efficient marketing plans across entire marketing mix
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives to deliverer timely, targeted campaigns
  • Manage content schedule for social media channels in partnership with Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialist to employ marketing strategies / tactics that expand beyond digital to help execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budgets related to assigned events or company promotional campaigns, including but not limited to any required financial reporting, collaboration with Accounts Payable and finance team, and securing any necessary approvals on quotes or invoices related to marketing expenses
  • Work with Marketing team members to identity all marketing assets as well as oversee and organize the creation of tools
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure all deliverables are accounted for and executed – including internal project management and tracking programs
  • Collaborate on all departmental project management systems and other communication tools related to each marketing campaign or internal operations
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors/partners as needed per experience 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to evaluate KPI and track project success
  • Plan, analyze, and evaluate performance of ongoing events to optimize towards benchmarks
  • Help to identify new opportunities and not traditional channels for our growing business
  • Develop timelines for all deliverables and managing creation - either with internal team or outside vendors
  • Working closely with VP Marketing and team to deliver creative, efficient, and innovative avenues to reach our fans/consumers
  • Develop and maintain consistent marketing copy and collateral material messaging
  • Monitor trends and new opportunities for fan engagement and messaging our offerings
  • Liaise with press teams on press releases and publicity campaigns
  • Work closely with 3rd party marketing teams to insure consistent and collaborative campaigns
  • Maintain project management and other communication tools related to the event
  • Flexibility to perform other job-related duties as required


  • 5+ years in Marketing within the hospitality or live event industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications being considered an asset
  • Exceptional marketing knowledge and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally
  • Proven to perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to work evenings & weekends as required
  • Ability to travel for events both domestically and internationally, if required
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Docs and Sheets
  • Experience in project management systems (Asana)
  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small


  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
  • May work in drastic temperature climates working onsite at our events
  • Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines 
  • Must be willing to travel extensively both domestically and abroad
  • Must have a current passport and be able to travel worldwide without restriction
  • Must be able to continuously stand or walk
  • Must be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces
  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels in the work environment

Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD
