Marketing Manager

Brentwood, TN

The Marketing Manager is responsible for modeling the 3 Company values of Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence, and for promoting the Hospice Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the Program, between the Program and other Company departments, and between the Program and all external stakeholders. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of service line strategies in alignment with Compassus business objectives. S/he will also oversee the workflow intake process, use judgement to identify appropriate next best actions and ensure marketing projects are completed in an effective and efficient manner and adhere to department guidelines.


Position Specific Responsibilities

  • Work independently to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies and tactics to support regional and organizational business objectives associated with service lines, company programs and partnership models.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and gain insight to optimize efforts and demonstrate added value to the organization.
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to help create a strong collaboration culture and drive business goals.
  • Help establish standardized project submission intake process and scale to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor and review project submissions to ensure work and resources are aligned with business priorities, troubleshoot project schedule challenges, and review work with a high level of detail.
  • Responsible for maintaining service level agreement guidelines and measuring work volume trends to help FTE resource decision making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing or related field required.
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.


Skills

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, colleagues, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces hospice philosophy. Time management skills that help to prioritize work effectively. Critical thinking skills to review campaign results and apply modifications to the strategy. Team player and collaboration skills to work appropriately with internal team members and other departments.

Estimated salary range $80000 - $116975 / year. Actual salary will vary by geographic location and experience.#LI-DM2
