Marketing Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager for the Americas Marketing team in either Boston or New York. We are looking for a candidate to hit the ground running, who is very hands on, motivated and takes initiative. The individual will have the rare opportunity to work with a small marketing team, which is responsible for all of marketing for North America and our Official Institutions sector. This position requires someone who can juggle numerous projects and deadlines simultaneously, and is a self-starter--always striving for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high impact regional marketing campaigns to reinforce BNPP AM as the leading sustainable asset managerCollaborate with a global marketing team on various marketing initiativesCraft story angles and produce content in innovative formats to our target audiencesResponsible for content creation, including fact sheets and strategy overviewsOrganize events and webcasts – liaise with speakers to deliver content for sponsorship activitiesMonitor and evaluate marketing activities and deploy solutions to enhance their effectiveness in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide support on social media efforts including LinkedIn and Search engine marketingDistribute mailings in email marketing campaign systemPartner with the digital marketing team to manage websitesFormat presentations and commentaries when neededUtilize virtual event tools – such as BrightTalk, Stoneshot, Spotme, Welcome, etc.Work closely with US and global compliance teamsAssist with market researchWork on special marketing related projects as required

Role Requirements: Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 - 6 years working in marketing roles in financial servicesKnowledge of financial concepts and investment productsConsiderable understanding of social mediaStrong computer skills, with advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and PowerPointA Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline coupled with excellent academic credentials
