Marketing Leader

CNVRG is a single solution for all stages of the ML operations (MLOps) and the Operating system for AI/ML. CNVRG is an end-to-end machine learning platform to build and deploy models at scale.


CNVRG is looking for an experienced Marketing Leader, who will direct and oversee our Marketing and Dev-rel departments.


You will be responsible for directing the development of company marketing programs. Responsible for assessment of potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launch. Activities may include technical sales support, product advertising/promotion, planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs, directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).


  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, lead generation and build a data scientists community.
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
  • Build relationships with analysts and influencers within the data science community
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and initiatives and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events and joint ventures
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Track competitors’ activities


Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science.
  • 8+ years demonstrable strategic marketing and/or sales leadership experience working with or in technology companies.
  • Solid knowledge of B2D marketing
  • Proven experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques


Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of successfully building and implementing sustainable global marketing programs.
  • Track record of identifying and seizing growth opportunities through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, CS, and more
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decision
