Marketing Coordinator Summary:

This position will be assisting the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and responsibilities including social media, digital content, marketing events and market research.


Responsibilities 

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department by maintaining all marketing files, reports, supplies, signage and invoices.
  • Assist with model home plan coordination and distribution.
  • Provide support for the new communities process from initial start-up to sales launch.
  • Coordinate, be responsible for and attend all special marketing/sales events as needed for new and existing communities (ie: Community Grand Openings)
  • Be knowledgeable about all Lennar current and upcoming communities, including floorplans, locations, schedules.
  • Be responsible for creation coordination of and maintaining accurate inventory of marketing/digital assets including, but not limited to photography, floorplans, elevations, maps, digital sales presentation tools, and virtual model tours.
  • Help manage and monitor online content including Lennar.com, landing pages, paid promotions.
  • Coordinate all social media presence and posts on social media platforms.
  • Help create online content, including writing copy, taking video, researching ideas and conceiving of new ideas.
  • Help create and manage eMarketing activities for internal and external customers and homeowners, including eblasts and newsletters, as needed.
  • Provide general support to sales team and staff – on all marketing initiatives, collateral, projects, events, meetings and other, as needed.
  • Attend all marketing division meetings, calls.
  • Help maintain, update and distribute inventory of sales and marketing collateral.
  • Foster and promote a Team Environment.
  • Work with the marketing team (division, regional and corporate) to develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies, concepts, and ideas for communities and homes for the division.
  • The associate will be required to cross train with the other support staff in the Marketing Department.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • One (1) year of marketing, organizational and/or administrative experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Unrestricted Motor Vehicle License required 
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Proficient in creative programs and adaptive to learning new platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines
  • Proficient in social media and digital media
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong time management skills
  • Accurate keyboarding ability
  • Excellent grammatical & mathematical skills
  • Takes pride in work
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • SalesForce knowledge a plus
  • Tableau knowledge a plus
  • JD Edwards knowledge a plus


Physical Requirements:

Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

The *median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $27.77/hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations.
