Marketing Coordinator

St. Louis, MO

This position is responsible for overseeing marketing project coordination initiatives including managing, researching, assigning, and or completing department deliverables. Interface with Corporate and Operational stakeholders to develop and achieve marketing department objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and track projects against schedule and phase objectives
  • Gather information from project stakeholders and coordinate project resources, including but not limited to design and content development
  • Establish and maintain effective archive system and library of content and assets
  • Assign projects to available resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain strategic focus to ensure balance between immediate project needs and long-term company goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders on each project; continually seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with operations and corporate department counterparts
  • Regularly review project ticketing system to identify opportunities to evenly allocate resources across the department
  • Support regular companywide reporting initiatives, including quarterly business reviews, transition reporting, transition reviews, and more
  • Identify needs for development of templates and databases to streamline support needs for operations stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc design and template support needs as they arise
  • Oversee tracking and maintenance of essential department information to ensure databases are regularly updated and accurate
  • Serve as communication strategist and consultant with operations and corporate partners to develop growth strategies, key messages, and assorted material to support marketing/sales objectives
  • Prepare for and host meetings with various departments (including but not limited to sales, operations, marketing) to obtain information needed while completing marketing projects
  • Perform administrative and organizational tasks and responsibilities as needed to support department


Qualifications      

  • Education and/ or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
