Our San Francisco studio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join a highly collaborative and dynamic Marketing team, with opportunities for growth. The ideal individual will have 1-3+ years of experience and be a self-starter with strong writing, research and graphics skills.


As a Marketing Coordinator, at Perkins&Will, you will:

  • Work closely with office leaders and the local marketing team to provide strategic thinking for business development to further market-specific and support office goals.
  • Lead development of marketing projects and direct efforts of support staff.
  • Function as a key source of knowledge and leadership for marketing and communications opportunities and practice area business development.
  • Research clients, market trends and background information for project opportunities.
  • Coordinate proposals, manage pursuit submissions, information packages and printed materials.
  • Maintain resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, image libraries, project profiles.
  • Write and produce internal/external communications and presentations to support marketing programs.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


To join us as a Marketing Coordinator, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of related marketing experience in a professional office environment; experience in an architecture firm preferred.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced level proficiency of graphics software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are required.
  • Must be highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Qualified candidates must be creative, self-starting, highly motivated, proactive and able to work in a multi-task, dynamic, team environment with minimum supervision.
  • Strong proposal and technical writing skills.
