Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator, STRATACACHE Properties is responsible for tactical marketing activities related to the various facilities owned by STRATACACHE in and around Dayton, Ohio. The right candidate for this job will be able to work from STRATACACHE Tower in Dayton on a daily basis. The job description for this role may include the following responsibilities and qualifications:

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Tactical marketing: General knowledge of corporate B2B marketing and various activities and functions of a marketing team, specific to marketing and promoting the buildings and facilities owned by STRATACACHE in and around downtown Dayton, Ohio.
  • On-site marketing presence: Coordination with STRATACACHE event and design team for daily tactical or special event marketing needs related to STRATACACHE properties. 
  • Website management: Maintain facilities’ web presence and ensure that images and information are current, updating content as needed. 
  • Image capture: Obtain images and/or video of interior and exteriors of STRATACACHE facilities, as needed for presentation materials, websites, social media and videos. 
  • Social media marketing: Maintain and update social media platforms with up-to-date events, information and updates about the facilities.


Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relative experience required; Two (2) plus years of experience in an office environment or on a marketing team is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to capture and/or edit photography and videography in a corporate setting. 
  • Proficiency in website management fundamentals, website updating and WordPress. 
  • Basic understanding of budget management. 
  • Comfort with assisting with events and greeting guests at the facilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with web and design teams.
  • Strong project coordination skills to address needs across multiple domains.
  • Decision-making skills and ability to coordinate activities with requests from STRATACACHE leadership.
