You are responsible for

  • Creating and producing RespirTech marketing assets such as sales literature, scripts, social media content and more. This includes updating existing pieces and developing new pieces. Key components of this work include researching, writing, editing, working with external designers, routing, proofing, and preparing final drafts. You will work closely with legal, regulatory and quality departments to manage routings and approvals for final delivery of projects/materials.
  • Managing projects – developing and managing timelines; managing projects from start to finish, and working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Social media/digital marketing –creating content, posting, monitoring social sites and campaigns 
  • Providing field sales team with ongoing marketing communications support, promptly fulfilling requests and assisting with a variety of projects
  • Managing the relationship with our print vendor and a variety of external vendors
  • Capturing and telling the compelling stories of our patients and healthcare teams; helping to maintain searchable database of patient testimonials
  • Internal communications initiatives such as monthly all-employee meeting, Yammer channel and company newsletter
  • Working as an integral part of RespirTech team, performing a wide range of marketing communications activities and tasks and contributing to the optimization of marketing processes.


You are a part of

RespirTech, a Philips company, provides effective airway clearance therapy with the Philips InCourage system and Philips Respironics CoughAssist T70 and patient-centered support to help manage chronic respiratory conditions like cystic fibrosis, COPD, bronchiectasis and certain neuromuscular and neuromotor diseases. Our customer-focused marketing team work to share our amazing story, driving awareness and preference for RespirTech and the products we offer.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Business
  • 3 years’ experience in marketing or marketing communications role
  • Strong writing, editing skills; knowledge of AP style a plus
  • Organized self-starter with exceptional project management and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media content development
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat; basic graphic design skills and experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop preferred
