About This Opportunity

The Loyalty Analyst will support the customer analytics for the 7-Eleven Loyalty Team


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and report on loyalty analytics and customer segmentation
  • Develop thorough understanding of loyalty and product data
  • Create ad hoc analyses and presentations that help define changes in customer behavior and future opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to define, execute and measure loyalty test results
  • Present results and key learnings with broader Marketing team
  • Leverage learnings from past campaigns to continue to improve and learn
  • Other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr. Degree in statistics, econometrics, engineering or related areas with exposure to quantitative techniques and computer programming
  • Experience: 1-2 yrs. marketing, loyalty and/or retail analytics experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries is required
  • Familiarity with database marketing and statistical inference techniques preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive plans and results.
  • Strong analytical + organizational skills; ability to create strong, actionable insights and stories from data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
