Marketing Analyst

Kohler, WI

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location:  Hybrid - Kohler, WI (Tues/Weds/Thurs @ HQ)


The Marketing Analyst, as part of the KOHLER Kitchen & Bath North America Brand Marketing team, is responsible for supporting the development and execution of activation programs across new product launches, campaigns, events, and any other GTM (go-to-market) activations. 


Specific Responsibilities

  • Drives or supports brand activations in accordance with the brand plans, objectives, identity, including execution of sales materials & trainings, media/owned content development, and events, execution.
  • Explores consumer, marketing trends and best practices to contribute towards planning marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates marketing activations across cross-functional teams to execute small/large brand & marketing campaigns.
  • Develops, maintains, and manages Marketing activation calendar and timelines. 
  • Develops, manages, and tracks content needs across product launches and other marketing content development initiatives.
  • Reviews brand communication materials to ensure marketing objectives and brand standards & compliance.
  • Supports KPI tracking, measurement and analysis of in-market performance across brand, business, and campaign metrics. 
  • Build templates for presenting data and insights in internal and external presentations.
  • Supports internal communications for campaigns & marketing programming. 
  • Supports organization of Marketing Team Meetings and Engagement initiatives.


Skills/Requirements

  • University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related business field; or equivalent experience. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (will consider Internship or Co-op experience).   
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and own timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)


Travel

  • Travel to trade shows, customer visits and training as needed, approximately 15% annually (US-domestic).

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
