Manager, Talent & Culture

The Manager, Talent and Culture is responsible for supporting the Director, Talent and Culture in driving the activation and adoption of talent management enterprise-wide programs, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, employee and manager development while enabling a positive employee experience. This role is also accountable for the design and implementation of L&D divisional specific programs that will advance a culture of high performance, agility, inclusivity, and diversity across the Campbell Snacks Division. This role reports to the Director, Talent and Culture.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Management:

  • Support the implementation of center-led programs (e.g, performance management, talent review, succession planning, leadership development, inclusion programs, etc,) across the Snacks Division.
  • Manage plan to assess activation effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on key KPIs.


Learning & Development:

  • Develop and shape learning, and development strategy and programs aligned with the divisional and talent strategies.
  • Partner with direct manager, HRBPs and the business leaders to design and enable an agile and sustainable learning framework within the division (ie on-the-job training, job rotations, leadership shadowing, virtual learning) to help build employee and leadership capabilities within the salaried population.
  • Design and facilitate learning programs for the division.


Change Management:

  • Support and lead change management efforts associated with all key talent and culture initiatives being implemented across the division.


Inclusion and Diversity:

  • Support inclusion & diversity activation plan across the Snacks division and multi locations. Recommend ways to include inclusion and diversity into our learning, core people processes and ways of working.


Manager & Leadership Effectiveness:

  • Collaborate across the division with business leaders to identify and develop specific solutions for individual and team development based on the 70,20,10 development framework.
  • Provide coaching and feedback support to HRBPs and leaders alike to support their growth and development.


Project Management:

  • Work on assigned projects as needed. Support the Snacks HR team on L&D projects as needed.


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in business, HR, managing organizational change, organizational development, instructional design or other related fields.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 5-9 years of practical experience in learning and organizational development.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Experience in HR generalist type roles is a plus
  • Certifications around assessments, coaching and 360 feedback are a plus
  • Mind Gym Certification is a plus


OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:

  • Experience in instructional design and facilitation- both in person and virtual
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and represent the department across all levels in the business
  • Experience in executing large scale change plans
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability work cross-functional and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Must possess a sense of urgency, take initiative, and comfortable working independently
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to support concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as a team across various functions and work independently in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment with a relentlessly positive attitude
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and virtual platforms (eg SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills
