Figma is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketing wizards, and brilliant business folks. You aren’t the typical sales leader, and we aren’t the typical design tool company. At Figma we think outside the box, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday and we expect you to do the same. With this role you’ll get in at the ground floor in a fast growing sales org. You’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.

You won’t be alone! Figma has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community. 

 

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs.

 

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
  • Help establish and develop pipeline generation strategies for the team that create meetings and generate interest with new clients
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with BDRs to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of the team’s sales and activity performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define processes, customer touch points, and targeting strategies 
  • Regularly report on your team‘s attainment against quota and demonstrate the ability to analyze and influence other key performance indicators
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
  • Strong operational skills including processes, building playbooks for other to follow
  • Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and consistent performance 
  • Management experience preferred
