  • Retail Strategy – Set the team up for success as you work closely with Retail Excellence leaders on the Go to Market Strategy. You will develop initiatives including scoping and design work as well as cost analysis. This will include leading various special projects. You will conduct indexing to identify national opportunities by customer, category, or geography to deliver sales growth and cost savings. 
  • Collaboration – Coaching and working with Retail Team Members together you will build skill sets with retail insights and selling capabilities. 
  • Reporting – Designing, developing, and deploying to keep updated dashboards for the Retail Organization you will utilize your analytical skills to build and monitor various reports. You will prove key reporting within our technology platforms and Kellogg systems to include but not limited to the following: in store execution tracking of key customer initiatives, Sales Incentive Plan Build, provide insights and Communication, Day 1 readiness, Display Performance, etc. 
  • Retail Team Support – You will own the development, implementation and upgrading of retail selling tools. Developing and executing key communications will keep the team up to date. Integrating internal and external metrics and KPI’s within our Retail Sales Technology platform you will help to deliver an all-inclusive working environment for the retail organization. 




  • Strong analytical organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong Analytics Experience
  • Verbal and Written Communication
  • Proficient Computer Skills in Windows, Routing Software and Tableau. 


Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Related Major
  • Retail Sales Experience
  • Understanding of in-store retail activities



This position requires an extended work schedule which will include occasional nights and weekends. 


The ideal candidate will reside in either the Chicagoland area and work in our Naperville office or Battle Creek, MI and will work from our World Headquarters Location. 


Up to 15% overnight travel may be required.
