In light of the opening of a new Regional Distribution Center in the United States, Sephora Collection is recruiting a Warehouse Manager, to join the NAM RDC Logistics team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include efficient 3PL management, warehouse operations oversight, and ensuring alignment with strategic processes.

 

Responsibilities

3PL Management to ensure contractual service levels are respected

  • Main point of contact of Sephora Collection for the North American RDC
  • Conduct weekly meetings with 3PL partners
  • Lead business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with 3PL providers.

 

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse management activities, which includes:
  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Inventory Control
  • Align processes and maintain consistency with our strategic goals.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversight of 3 direct reports 

 

Forecast Visibility for 3PL

  • Provide accurate and timely forecast information to 3PL partners
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with demand projections.

 

S+ WH Process Alignment and Consistency

  • Align warehouse processes with company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in workflow and adherence to established procedures.

 

Logistics Claim Management

  • Control/Monitor logistics claims efficiently, from identification to resolution.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize future claim occurrences.
  • Logistics Invoicing Review and Budget Monitoring
  • Review logistics invoicing for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor and manage the 3PL budget

 

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … 

  • 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management in the United States
  • Customs requirements knowledge and FTZ warehouse management would be a plus
  • Recognized for your qualities of rigor and organization and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.
  • Project management: from defining needs to delivering solutions within the initial schedule and budget.
  • Competence in Transportation and Customs.
  • Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
  • Knowledge of WMS, ERP and APS/forecasting tools.


The annual base salary range for this position is $102,765.00 - $114,855.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
