Manager, Marketing Post Production

Reporting into our Director of Marketing Production and working in partnership with our Creative Directors and the Sr. Manager of Photography Production, the Senior Manager of Post Production will be responsible for the smooth running of our Post Production department. This role requires a strong organizer and excellent communicator who will manage the workflow of daily post and image uploading across our B2B catalog content, EComm content, Social content and PR initiatives. This role will also require a high level of experience and expertise in retouching editorial and product photography.

  • Manage an in-house post team of internal and freelance retouchers.
  • Research, hire, and manage freelance retouchers as needed to match changing asset volumes.
  • Work closely with the creative directors and creative project managers to establish final image guidelines and standards across multiple categories. See that standards are maintained and met.
  • Collaborate with the photo production team to provide consistent imagery that will meet our final image standards.
  • Utilize project management software to ensure requests are edited and assets are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Manage post team workflow and timelines to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Establish sop and best practices policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Liaison with other departments such as creative, design & production, PR, e-commerce and sales to ensure final assets are delivered on time and on spec.
  • Pitch in on editing images to keep up with the high demand of the increase in volume.
  • Oversee and provide quality control to ensure final files are at brand standards.Provide training, support and guidance to all direct reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Art, Photography, Advertising, Management, Creative Design or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in post/production management. Retail fashion experience a plus.
  • Excellent on hand skills in photo retouching are required.
  • A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision making and problem resolution skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task with ease.
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Capture One, Excel, and Google Documents.
