The Manager, Global Internal Communication plays an integral role in supporting employee engagement, internal messaging, and strategic communication priorities. This role will help manage the flow of information to the Benefit team worldwide and oversee our global employee Intranet, developing it into a robust source of critical company news, managing weekly updates with new content, resources, and information.


This role requires someone with a passion for and considerable experience in writing. Expected to also have established knowledge of employee communication & engagement best practices, this role will serve as a champion for Benefit’s culture, supporting internal events and employer brand storytelling. As a key member of the newly established Global Communication function at Benefit, this role will play a critical part in helping to establish new processes, partnerships, and connection across the world with high levels of agility, creativity, and strategic thinking. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Support the optimization of our internal communications channels and execute against a channel & content plan to ensure effective communication and reach across our hybrid and geographically distributed workforce
  • Help, develop & execute against an internal editorial/publication calendar in support of the global communications strategy
  • Contribute to and work within the Communications Team to build meaningful internal amplification of external communications campaigns, building internal pride in the Benefit brand and business
  • Serve as an advisor to global business partners and corporate functional leaders including the People Team, DEI, CSR, Finance, Marketing and Regional Leadership on key initiatives and develop strategic communications plans
  • Contribute to key employer brand campaign strategies & creative briefs, including annual tentpole moments such as Pride and International Women’s Day, to ensure infusion of employee-led storytelling and internal communications priorities
  • Develop internal communications toolkits to be shared with markets globally in support of consistent messaging & execution
  • Strategize employee-led storytelling opportunities and work across the business to discover, curate and share compelling stories about our unique company DNA, our products, culture, and people

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be accepted.
  • 5+ years work experience in communications or similar field

 

Schedule:

Hybrid - Requires onsite presence weekly


The target salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
