Manager, Corporate Sales

Remote (United States)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated leader to help scale our burgeoning corporate sales channel. The right candidate has a proven track record of full-cycle, revenue-based selling success and is driven to now help a team of sellers succeed, especially in a competitive, ever-changing environment. They think outside the box, are comfortable handling varying team dynamics, can build rapport easily and are known to influence stakeholders to close a deal. This role is ideal for someone with one or two years of sales management experience, and is excited to bring their skills to the ClassPass Corporate team to hit the ground running.


Qualifications and requirements

  • 4-5 years revenue based selling experience, with a track record of relentlessly high standards and top performance, plus 1-2 years of direct sales management experience 
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level management (both internal and external) 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail 
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively for yourself and your team 
  • Team player with an openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvement 
  • Technical experience in computer programs such as CRM systems, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc. encouraged 


Principal duties and responsbilities

  • Coach, train and develop a team of Account Executives to hit and exceed their individual and team targets 
  • Lead weekly 1:1s and team meetings, providing consistent feedback and support for the team 
  • Join calls with prospective clients as needed to increase close rates and generate revenue 
  • Identify roadblocks and training opportunities for the team, and communicate them to the Senior Corporate Sales Manager to ensure the team is on track to hit monthly goals 
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to motivate and inspire the team, while also building relationships and trust 
  • Work with the Senior Corporate Sales Manager to forecast each quarter against the team’s goals and report pipeline progress 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure successful corporate launches and client hand-offs  
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge of the benefits and corporate wellness space, and support the evolution of ClassPass’ value proposition and positioning to clients 
  • All other duties as assigned
