Manager, Commercial Execution

Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a Commercial Execution Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the National Sales Director, the CEM will facilitate Auxly’s field sales execution strategy while supporting their achievement of the sales plan. By working directly with the regional sales teams, your demonstrated ability to drive an effective and focused field sales force will enable strong sales execution nationally. Your ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment will enable a smart, efficient and customer-focused sales team. 


Role Responsibilities 

  • Develop sales processes and execution standards for the field sales team along with the implementation of an on-going education and training program 
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the companies CRM tool 
  • Lead effectiveness reporting by designing & implementing the field sales KPI structure  
  • Lead the national sales budget consolidation and tracking process by developing on-going monthly reports 
  • Work with sales leadership to create action plans against key priorities, field sales opportunities and internal developments 
  • Engage cross-functionally with Marketing to facilitate timely sales tool deployment and tracking 
  • Work with internal teams to understand and provide feedback on the product change process, customer service issues, and product launch timelines 
  • General sales team support and other duties as required 


Requirements 

  • Post-Secondary education in business or related field  
  • Experience in field sales, sales operations or sales execution roles is preferred 
  • 3-5 years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry 
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment 
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of cannabis industry and regulations strongly preferred
