Manager, Brand Activation

Where we need help

The Global Brand Activation function sits at the intersection of the Brand Marketing Team and Consumer Channel Leads. Our team’s goal is to build brand equity and enable commercial success on consumer-facing channels (website, email, social, performance marketing and retail) through executions that tell the right story on the right channel, informed by consumer insights and data. We’re the eyes and ears of the consumer and the balance of art and science. We’re growing and looking for a Global Brand Activation Manager. A creative marketer with outstanding communication skills who’s excellent at relationship building. They will be very comfortable with each day being different.


What does the job entail?

  • Build integrated Activation plans for Tier 2 & 3 campaigns in partnership with Brand Marketing and Consumer Channel leads
  • Lead cross-functional Activation meetings
  • Collate learnings and execute updates after launches
  • Review daily briefs from Channel leads
  • Work closely with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Web teams to keep daily activations on-brand.
  • Have a creative eye and consumer lens to review Creative executions and Toolkits
  • Write briefs for mini-campaigns, and work with the Commercial and Consumer insights teams to inform quarterly activations
  • Lead monthly reflection sessions with the Digital and Creative teams
  • Build close relationships with Creative, Brand Marketing, Marketing ops, Digital, and Retail teams.
  • Work with members around the world to share Activation plans and implement their feedback


What kind of person are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role
  • Experience with a consumer and/or retail brand
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, in the U.S. and internationally
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and write in various styles for diverse audiences
  • A can-do and collaborative approach to ideation and execution


Additional skills needed:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
