We currently have an opening for an Entry Level Machine Operator starting at $18.34/hour + $1500 sign-on & retention bonuses**

*$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year. Subject to terms and conditions upon hire

We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking for a long-term career in a fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. The primary function of the Baler is to move and palletize pre-wrapped bundles of bags at the end of a bag production line.

Essential Duties Include:

Follow print requisitions to stack 10-50 pound bundles on pallets
Utilize vacuum lift to move the heavier bales from the discharge conveyor to the pallets
Wrap bundles using Kraft paper, tape, and strapping machines
Occasional use of manual pallet jack
Sorting and lifting pallets
Baling up to 5 machine lines per shift
General housekeeping duties
Other duties as assigned

Candidates Must Be Able To Do The Following

Be flexible to work day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift.
Work weekends, Holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as, but not limited to, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety steel toed shoes.
