Logistics Manager

Yellow Springs, OH

Cresco Labs is seeking a Logistics Manager to join our Yellow Springs, OH facility. The Logistics Manager oversees accurate fulfillment of sales orders, selection of packaged finished goods from inventory storage, sales order preparation, transfer, and distribution/delivery compliant to state regulations. The Logistics Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all distribution and logistics processes are running efficiently.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00PM

CORE JOB DUTIES

Oversee outbound/order fulfillment operations, including sales order release, pick operations, manifest, packaging, scheduling/route preparation and customer delivery
Accurately record and manifest all customer orders through point-of-sale systems
Maintain organization of finished goods inventory, facilitating accuracy in order picking and packing
Confirm products’ unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping guidelines. Enforces adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training and safety records
Safeguards logistics operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Manage logistics and materials costs, drive cost-productivity savings
Initiate corrective actions in response to customer concerns or order discrepancies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

3-5 years’ experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management
Demonstrated experience in either a manufacturing/production or CPG environment
Knowledge of developing and implementing SOPs
Experience with packaging, tracking, inventory control and reporting in a highly regulated industry
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with ERP/ inventory management software
Experience with Lean & Six Sigma
Safety management and surveillance skills
