GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Legal Intern is responsible for assisting the Law Department and the Equity Planning and Legal Services Department with department tasks and projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and edit commercial and non-disclosure agreements.
- Review contracts, identify key provisions and index contracts as part of an enterprise document management project.
- Conduct document review for Murphy USA Inc.'s subsidiary companies.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, and must have completed at least one year of law school at an accredited school of law.
