Legal Counsel

Woonsocket, RI

As Legal Counsel supporting Digital and Marketing Innovation, you will provide strategic legal advice and counsel to internal business partners with respect to various digital and marketing initiatives. You will be asked to draft and support vendor contracting to support the digital and marketing work. This will include identifying and providing solutions for business and legal risks, including marketing, data use and health care regulatory issues as they arise. You will be expected to develop a close relationship with clients at all levels of the organization, and deeply understand the business objectives and processes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years legal experience
Bar admission in good standing

Knowledge of and experience with vendor contracting
Experience advising on healthcare or retail issues

Education

Bachelor Degree
Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution required
