Legal Coordinator

Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for a highly organized individual to provide support to Tubi’s Legal team. We will rely on you to be a team player who can work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment. You must excel with managing multiple tasks, each with varying priority levels and due dates. You must be comfortable handling a high volume of assignments. You are comfortable being exposed to sensitive matters requiring your complete confidentiality and discretion. In addition to managing all administrative tasks for the team, you will interact with a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders at all levels within and outside of Tubi. You must be as comfortable interacting with senior level executives as you are collaborating and cooperating with your peers.


This position reports to the Legal Operations Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Legal team calendar and coordinate/schedule group meetings
  • Be responsible for sending a high volume of agreements to outside partners for signature, and for internal distribution, approvals, and digital filing
  • Assist with planning in-person meetings
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for Legal team members
  • Maintain agendas for Legal team meetings
  • Assist with the coordination and smooth operation of in-person Legal team meetings approximately 2-3 times per year (travel required if remote)
  • Assist with other Legal team tasks on an as-needed basis

Your Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience and references considered)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, prior in-house experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace/G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience helpful, Box, and DocuSign
  • Comfortable with using Mac OS
  • Comfortable quickly developing computer skills, programs, and online tools as needed
  • Prior experience with contract lifecycle management systems like iManage and DocMinder is a plus, but is not required


Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $26.44 - $31.25 per hour for California, New York City and Westchester County, NY; $22.47 - $26.56 per hour for Colorado. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
