Legal Assistant

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to assist Counsel with day-to-day administrative work and ongoing legal projects. This person will have the opportunity to work across several different business lines. This position offers a unique chance to get exposure to the NYC tech ecosystem while learning business and legal skills invaluable to any high-growth company.
What you'll do:
- Assist with the review of our regulatory fillings with SEC and FINRA
- Correspond and liaison with issuer counsel for the creation of Campaign Pages
- Provide administrative support to Legal team as well as business stakeholders on legal tasks
- Creation and maintenance of a multitude of contracts; drafting, review, and document management
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Experience with corporate entity management, EIN, corporate documentation, registered agents, formation documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic
- High degree of curiosity
- Driven self-starter who is able to roll up sleeves to get the job done
