Legal Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a talented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team on our Corporate Legal team in Indianapolis, IN.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Delivery of administrative services and support to Attorneys and Paralegals
  • Provides administrative support by conducting research, proofreading, preparing reports & presentations, meeting planning, maintaining calendars, etc.
  • Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets
  • Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed
  • Performs other routine to complex administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Minimum level of education of an Associates Degree
  • Prior administrative experience that may include: maintaing calendars, event/meeting planning, working within tight deadlines, high volumn work environment, prior legal experince, etc.
  • Expert level in MS Office and additional computer skills such as electronic filing systems, internet searches, Sharepoint, etc


Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
